Mellody Farm Saturday Noontide
December 19 @ 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Saturday midday at an open-air center is the busiest, brightest hour of the season, and it is exactly when live harmony does the most good. Goodrich Caroling sings straight throught the middle of it, twelve to two.
For families, this is the easy one, Daylight, wide walkways, and Christmas carolers at Mellody Farm who come to you rather than asking you to sit still. Small children tend to plant themselves directly in front of the Bass and stare, especially for songs like Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer.
Goodrich Caroling sings unamplified, in period dress, with the kind of repertoire that gets sung along to without anyone being asked. Younger listeners usually know more of the words than they expect.
Come for lunch, stay for the music, or let the music find you between errands.
Free and open to all. No tickets, no reservations, just the simple joys of the season, sung aloud.
